Craig gained wide-ranging design experience and expertise working on both private and public projects for organizations such as Microsoft, Nintendo, Vulcan, Seattle Public Schools and the City of Seattle, as well as highway improvement projects for the Washington State Department of Transportation. He has excellent training and experience assisting insurance carriers, adjusters, private parties and attorneys with engineering failure investigations and claim negotiations.
Craig has been involved in more than 600 failure investigations and is a registered professional engineer in the states of Arizona, California, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Louisiana, Nevada, Oregon, Texas and Washington.

Craig is a licensed professional engineer that provides engineered designs, forensic investigations and non-destructive testing. This includes design of buildings, structures and highways, engineering failure investigations including cause and scope of damage, structural integrity evaluations, expert witness consulting, repair recommendations, repair estimates, schedule development/review, code compliance assessments, safety/accessibility assessments, as well as concrete x-ray scanning, particularly as a prerequisite to drilling, coring or saw cutting into concrete/masonry components. Projects have included residences, apartments, condominiums, commercial, office, mix-use, high-rise, schools, fire stations, parking garages, industrial structures, lifting cranes, bridges, highway, roadway, domestic water supply, sewer system infrastructure and more.
